Ben is constantly looking for ways to automate and optimize processes. His drive to invent and simplify was recently applied to PROJECT, where the team found tremendous value in the new processes he proposed. I look forward to seeing where Ben can put these skills to use next.

Ben has a great instinct for “Are Right, A Lot”. He is able to feel out internal partners and plan for strategic considerations when working on vendor and partner alignment. Most recently, working on PROJECT, Ben was able to key in on PARTNER/VENDOR’s needs before they had to ask. His intuition in negotiations and partnerships is an asset to the team.

Ben is quick to ask questions and involve partners in projects. His positive energy and inquisitive drive has helped strengthen the team’s problem solving skills and helped us uncover new vendor learnings.

Ben goes out of his way to help hire and develop the best. On top of recruiting efforts. Most recently, Ben worked with me to better understand PROJECT. Our conversations helped me move forward in my work and resulted in XYZ.

Ben consistently goes above and beyond to insist on the highest standards for our customers. Most recently, he worked to deep dive our merch strategy and identify callouts to improve both the merchandising and brand strategy for the upcoming quarter. His direct impact will be felt by all new customers who shop our experience and have a better shopping experience.

Ben embraces “Think Big” and is always looking for the next big idea that can help propel his team and business forward. Most recently, he worked on PROJECT and contributed to future state requirements that helped us see the longterm value this project could bring to the business.

Ben is able to shift priorities based on business needs. He is consistent in his mix of “Bias for Action” and “Ownership” that help to keep the team on track and best support vendors and internal partners. Most recently, on PROJECT, Ben stepped in to EXAMPLE resulting in XYZ.

Ben embraces frugality, working to build better tools and processes with the limited resources available. Most recently, working on PROJECT, Ben was able to use his influence with partner teams to get the project additional resourcing.

His ability to empathize and listen to others has earned him the trust of our team, allowing us to move quicker on projects and key priorities. We appreciate his willingness to admit failures, keep commitments, and work towards common goals.

Ben is not afraid to dive deep and discover there’s a problem. In the name of CX and process improvement, Ben dove deep on PROJECT and helped discover that we needed to change our go-forward strategy. His contributions here are bolstered by his ability to learn and be curious.

Ben has strong opinions on how to best serve our customers and aid internal teams on reaching their goals. He also understands that not everyone will agree on the best way forward. Despite the disagreements, Ben always insists on the highest standards across projects and drives forward on whatever strategy is decided upon.

Ben has been integral to the success of PROJECT. He has consistently delivered on project expectations despite short deadlines. In addition, his attention to detail and customer obsessive lens has led to larger CX callouts that have ensured our shopping experience lives up to the highest CX standards.
